Do you offer fixed pricing for steel structure warehouses?

No. Every warehouse custom plan receives a project-specific quote based on verified site data: dimensions, wind/snow loads, seismic grade, insulation class, and crane integration. We do not publish catalog prices because structural integrity requires engineering validation — not estimation.

What payment terms do you accept for bulk orders?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), irrevocable L/C at sight, and D/P. For repeat buyers with ≥3 verified shipments, we offer flexible D/A terms (60 days) under confirmed bank guarantee. PayPal and Western Union are accepted only for sample orders ≤$5,000.

Which ports do you ship from, and can you handle DDP delivery?

We ship FOB Tianjin port or Qingdao port by default. CFR and CIF are available with real-time vessel tracking. DDP is supported to EU, US, Canada, Australia, and UAE — including customs clearance, local VAT handling, and last-mile delivery coordination. DDP lead time adds 7–12 days.

How long does it take from order confirmation to dispatch?

Standard lead time is 31–45 days after final drawing approval and deposit receipt. This includes BIM modeling, structural calculation, material procurement, fabrication, QC testing, and packaging. Expedited production (21–28 days) is available for +15% fee — subject to line capacity and raw material stock.

Can your steel structure warehouses meet local building codes?

Yes. Our China warehouse custom plan delivers EN 1090-2 certified components, with full documentation: weld procedure specs (WPS), material test reports (MTRs), galvanizing thickness logs, and third-party SGS/BV verification. We align designs to AS/NZS 4084, ASTM A653, CSA G40.21, or local authority requirements — pre-submission support included.

Do you support OEM branding for private-label warehouse projects?

Yes. From custom plan inception, we embed buyer logos on structural drawings, component tags, packaging cartons, and installation manuals. Minimum OEM volume: 100 m². Label artwork, color matching (Pantone), and bilingual (EN/FR/ES/AR) printing are standard — no surcharge.

What technical support do you provide during installation?

We supply free digital packages: 3D assembly models (Tekla export), step-by-step PDF instructions, and HD installation videos per module. Optional on-site supervision: certified engineers deployed for ≤14 days (travel + daily rate quoted separately). Remote video assistance is available 24/7 during erection.

What warranty coverage applies to your steel structure warehouses?
