Which payment methods do you accept for international orders?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), irrevocable L/C at sight, and D/P. For qualified buyers, we support D/A terms up to 60 days with bank confirmation. PayPal and Western Union are accepted only for sample or tooling fees — not for bulk production orders.

What are your standard port options and Incoterms for sourcing from China?

Do you support installation supervision or engineer deployment overseas?

Yes. We assign certified structural engineers for on-site supervision — either as a single director or full team — under separate service agreement.
